The flat is equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days and underfloor heating, which ensures a consistent and comfortable warmth throughout the home during the winter months.
To ensure you stay connected at all times, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in the property. You will find the network name and password clearly displayed inside the apartment.
The house does not have private parking, but you can park for free in the surrounding streets.
From Porta Susa station: Take bus number 56 (towards Grugliasco) from the stop in Piazza XVIII Dicembre; get off at the Monginevro Est stop; walk for about 2 minutes (150m) towards Via San Paolo 5/5.
From Porta Nuova station: Take bus route 33 (towards Collegno) from the Porta Nuova stop, opposite the main station exit; get off at the San Paolo stop (no. 621) on Corso Peschiera. The flat is just a 2-minute walk from the stop.
By taxi – You will find the taxi rank right outside the exit of both stations.
From Turin Caselle Airport: By taxi – You will find taxis just outside the Arrivals terminal. By train: from the airport, follow the signs to the railway station, take the SFM1 train and get off at Turin Porta Susa station. By bus: take the shuttle bus located at the Arrivals level exit; it departs every 15–30 minutes; alight at the Torino Porta Susa railway station stop.
We like to meet our guests in person to welcome you, show you around the house and hand over the keys.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat. However, if you need to, you are welcome to smoke outside in the courtyard. We would simply ask you to be considerate of the communal areas and not to leave cigarette butts on the ground, so as to maintain the building’s appearance and ensure we have a good relationship with the neighbours.
As for check-in and check-out times, we do our best to be flexible. If the flat is ready and we don’t have any other bookings immediately before or after your stay, you’re welcome to arrive early or stay a little longer without any problem. Let’s get in touch closer to the date so I can give you a definite answer based on the cleaning schedule!
The apartment is located on the ground floor, inside a shared courtyard. This makes it extremely convenient for those with a lot of luggage (no stairs!) and ensures greater tranquility, away from street noise.
To make your stay more comfortable and hassle-free, the apartment is fully equipped with bed linen and towels. This service is included in the price.
We do not provide breakfast, but as the flat is located in an area with plenty of amenities, you’ll find excellent cafés and bakeries just a short walk away. If you’d rather stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine with complimentary pods to get your day off to a good start!
Our kitchen is fully equipped and at your disposal. You’ll find everything you need:
An electric hob and a full set of crockery, pots, pans and cutlery.
A fridge.
A microwave.
A coffee machine and a kettle for your breakfasts or a relaxing break. You’ll also find a small selection of complimentary tea and coffee!
You can leave your luggage in the flat for a few hours after check-out. This arrangement is subject to the arrival times of the next guests, so I would just ask you to get in touch with us the day before your departure to agree on the exact time.
To ensure peace and quiet in the block of flats and out of consideration for the neighbours, please note that parties or events are not permitted in the flat. As this is a quiet residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings.
You can cancel free of charge and receive a refund of your deposit up to one week before your stay. If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, the deposit will be retained. If you cancel on the day of check-in, you will be charged for the first night.

Our house is in a very convenient location and is well served by GTT public transport. Here are the nearest stops, just a short walk from the front door:
San Paolo stop (nos. 619 and 621): Located on Corso Peschiera, right on the corner with Via San Paolo. The following services stop here: Tram Line 16 (CD and CS): A circular route ideal for reaching the city centre (Piazza Castello) and Valentino Park; Bus Route 33: Convenient for a direct connection to Turin Porta Nuova railway station; Bus Route 42: Crosses the city, linking the north and south; Tram Line 15: Takes you directly to the heart of Turin (Piazza Castello and Via Po).
Underground: The nearest stations are Bernini and Vinzaglio (Line M1), both reachable in about 15 minutes on foot or a short bus ride. The underground is the quickest way to reach the Lingotto exhibition centre.
We would like to inform you that, in order to ensure a clean and safe environment for all our guests, including those with severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets inside the apartment. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
